It's 1666 in Northern England. The bubonic plague has ravaged London, but the small town of Eyam has remained free of this horrible sickness...until now. The town vicar encourages his town to quarantine themselves to prevent any further spreading of the plague. But this proves even more deadly. Anna, a maid in the vicar's home, describes the horrors and wonders of this deadly year.
